Disappointing that it is more sleety for me here now than earlier. Was actually raining a while ago. Need a temps to drop a degree of two more.

Aye the warm sector with the showers, then the temps will drop and the showers will probably disappear.,,,,

Warm sector was always there for a few hours just to much on marginal side but looks better later on tho and if we dont get snow by tomorrow morning with -8 850s then it's time to move to Iceland this little island would do you head in sometimes when it comes ta snow.

I drove round the north coast from Downhill to Portballintrae. There were some decent waves nothing overly dramatic. I drove over the bishops road. There was a few cm of snow lying at the top of Binevenagh.

Took a spin up the local hill earlier and it was near whiteout conditions and starting to settle. Still sleet imby unfortunately. I’ll likely be up and down the hill like a yo-yo trying to get my fix

Full on blizzard for ages now.  North Belfast.  A few big flashes of lightning too.   Ground white over.
