Yea it was like the fire service was houseing down the house , intense to say the least , even though I understand the science behind it , it's still amazing that amount of water just floats around up there

6z ens showing a 100% risk of snow for Friday night and high probability on Saturday. Fingers crossed to get a wee white hit.

Zero mention from latest BBC or METO updates ragarding any real snow this weekend. Maybe a little on the hills but nothing worth while then the extended look in to next week goes mild.

Not so sure Ronan, Barra was on about wintry weather over the next few days into the weekend

Evening

Just looking at Belfast Airport TAF and it is indicating A wintry mix of Rain/Hail and snow showers overnight

Sure with some altitude Snow Showers will be more common

Good luck Guys (and Girls of course)

Pretty decent outlook from Met Eireann for Saturday through Sunday. North midlands looking good for me if it doesn’t change.

Doesn't feel cold enough for snow yet, strong wind stopping temps from dropping too much?
