A clear start to yesterday evening but it quickly became cloudy, with one or two light showers before midnight. The rest of the night was mainly dry with variable amounts of cloud and no change so far this morning.

Mainly cloudy overnight, light rain through the early hours. A clearance arrived here around 08:30 GMT, currently turning bright with sunny spells developing. Continued sunny spells, also a few showers scattered around the area, though none fell at this station.

On the cool side by day some sunny spells but plenty of cloud around as well increasing as the day went on.
