Christmas Day 1984 on BBC 2

9am to 1.55pm. Pages from Ceefax.

Who the hell is going to watch 5 hours of pages from Ceefax on Christmas Day?!

The BBC has had the same old junk on Xmas Day for the past 10 years. Eastenders, Strictly, Call The Midwife, and Mrs Browns effing Boys. Not that I watch the telly then anyway.

I seem to recall Jason and the Argonauts always being on Xmas eve, but it probably wasn’t if I checked.

Yes yarmy, Jason n the Argonauts was on every Xmas... when I was growing up in the 70s... plus a bond film after the queens speech, also if memory serves me right a hammer horror film about 11pm lol
