Not bad at all here. 1mm of light rain this morning, now sunny and feeling very pleasant. Temp 11°C.

Everything has dried up, you wouldn't even know that it has rained. It means I can carry on with some garden maintenance.

3mm of rain this morning and a brief hail shower afterwards but mostly sunny since midday with anvils passing to the NE and SW.

Edge of an anvil from the nearest shower directly overhead now but lovely in the garden again if a bit of a fresh breeze.

Early hours of Thursday look interesting for a swathe of our region.

Some good spells of sunshine this afternoon, and some good cloud formations too. Feels nice in the sun when the breeze dies down. 10.1°C

Wow! Just got caught in a hail shower, and I kid you not, they're the biggest i've seen for many years. It only lasted a minute, but genuinely, they were 20 pence piece size.

I'm glad you put that, Mike!  I thought I did too, but as i had the telly on, I wasn't sure!  Had a good shower of hail at the same time, but not the size that Mapantz mentions!

After 16.8°C max yesterday, it's struggled to get to 9.8°C today and that wind is raw too.

Annoyingly the quality isn’t as good on YouTube as it looks better on the original video

Has stayed dry since lunchtime however there's some blobs heading this way on the radar. A high of 10.4°C today, it's down to 7.5°C now.

Same hail shower as my colleague described above, now that is more seasonal. April showers with white stuff and a noticeable drop in temperature in excess of 7C... that's much better.

Sun back out now after about half an hour of moderate rain following the hail shower. Temperature down to 5.9°C

The cold air, isn't done at this time of year. The wind had a real bite to it today. Feel like temp only 2c, and many of the showers had hail in them. Even the lighter showers

Colder than any night in March last night (mainly because of how mild March night’s were overall).

Out and about it really isn't too bad. Not much wind and when the sun comes out you can really feel its strength now it's April.
