OK great news! My gritted road is now getting a covering! Also there is snow blowing off the roof creating little drifts on the driveway

This turned quite quickly from nothing to a big thing! I can tell the snow is about to get very heavy because the other side of the town has gone invisible and foggy. Those who are missing out now are sure to get some tonight  Have fun everyone

this is pathetic so far! Can someone explain what's happened to the heavy snow forecast? Is that heavy PPN going to pivot?

Just went outside and stood in it for a little while, muffled sound already, there is nothing better than snowfall, after chasing it for so long and seeing it come off just amazing.

Still snowing but is lighter than when I posted earlier, wind is picking up though, or is coming in from a slightly different direction.

Could go either way, but there is plenty of snow left in those clouds

Looking at the radar, I thought Bournemouth and Poole were done for now. Any more is a bonus. I'm just happy to have seen and enjoyed what we've already had

Can confirm its snowing in Swindon. just been outside to put bins out and its starting to settle.
