Precipitation seems to be fragmenting further south than the M4, it is fragmenting just south of my location (Taunton, Somerset)

Snowing out there now but small flakes and no sign of settling, just haven't b had any heavy precipitation all day.

Surely we will see some soon, looks like a heavier patch just to our south east,

Im losing faith to be honest, will be more surprised if we have a covering tomorrow than if we don’t see any!

I hope I’m wrong.

But for all you guys further south make the most the snowfall, lots of pics please

Looks that way Chris

Think the UKMO got it slightly wrong. Temp now 1.9C not 4.0C. Falling by -1.7C /hr. DP 0.3C Hopefully they give us an upgrade soon. If you compare the 17:50 netweather radar to the latest image it's clear the rain isn't making in roads as much as it was at first.

I think you need to wait for the next ppn to make a push in hour or so. its struggling to reach me but mendips are creating a slight intensification on forward ppn.

Settling nicely on the pavement now and on the sides of the road.

radar is disappointing, yellow is heaviest, no deep oranges or red's - big holes in the precip, right where they put the amber warning

12 months on, i still remember Feb / March 2018

i won't be remembering this event in 12 months time

Is the radar really wrong or something because it's showing hardly anything around Redlynch at the moment.

So it snowing here but nothing at all settling. Temp and DP just too high for that. It's to warm and wet for it settle. Lovely to see snow falling though.

Strange. I don't need to do that. Mine stays as 'mobile site' and it'll show locations automatically when I change to landscape.

Changes so quickly Steve . Amber now obliterated and yes fragmented now holes appearing .
