Rain cleared away for a time last evening, though staying cloudy. Further light rain through the early hours accompanied by a rising temperature. Windy. This morning, overcast, damp underfoot, drizzle.

Yesterday.

 

A few cloud breaks forming after midnight allowing a ground frost, though low cloud and fog quickly formed. The morning dawned foggy, vis <300 yards. At observation, fog thinning a little, feeling cold in a moderate ESE wind. The fog cleared quickly after observation, though remaining dull and cloudy. Rain set in around early afternoon, this turning moderate by late afternoon and in to the evening, quite windy. Feeling cold.

The mildest start for a good few days, the lowest was around late evening with 5.7 C, since midnight it is 6.4 C. Some rain after midnight 2.0 mm and 10.2 mm up to midnight last night. It's dry now but overcast with a bit of a breeze.

A day of showers mostly light but the odd heavier. Wind didn't up until after mid afternoon although it's still nothing of note
