No frost here this morning. It was clear when I went to bed (at around 00:30), But it clouded over slightly at some point during the night.

I wish everyone on this brilliant, informative, and friendly forum a wonderful Christmas day.

Down in Essex for Christmas day, woke up to a widespread frost and clear skies with a low of -2c. Okay it's not a snowy Christmas but a sunny and crisp one is absolutely fine.

You were unlucky, nice frost here this morning but didn't last all that long, in fact more of an Easter frost than a Christmas one. Still pretty cold though.:oldsmile:

Started on the port, now a nice bottle of red, got the Moet in the fridge ready for this afternoon:drunk-emoji:.............Once again, Happy Christmas you lovely people on here!:reindeer-emoji::snowman-emoji::santa-emoji:

One of my presents turned out to be a Storm glass!! I’ve been intrigued by these for a while, and I’m very grateful.

Got a new weather station today so now all I need is some snow and freezing weather to record!

ECM with some festive cheer that would be QTR or possibly it’s do with MJO maybe both with bitter easterlies I’m sure shortly following that poleward amplification now lets get it in reliable. Merry Christmas ;)
