Good Afternoon. The upper level alto stratus is spilling in now with occasional convective clouds traveling NW ahead of the front. 

This is the beginning of an undercut of colder continental air.

circulation south of cornwall  shows on radar and winds around cornwall. won't this enhance snow in southwest and weaken precipitation on front to east.

Im on day 3 of my meteorology

class and we are learning how to use the netweather radar app

UKMO is now updating every hour (Is this UKV here?) upto 6hrs out on its estimated radar:

2pm update shows the pivot happening. Getting into the south of our area around 7pm, reaches my area at 8pm. Holding up well upto 8pm and looks similar to the Euro4 still.

Wait till the end of the course and you realise it's easier to look out the window, and far more certain.
