Snow should clear here within the hour, and should leave a decent dusting on the cars and grass. Think i'll struggle to make more than a cm on the car, but we'll see.

Still just heavy rain on the South Coast - 6.8mm so far today. Temp has fallen to 2.2c.

Radar seems to show the front decaying in the Norfolk area.

I am yet to see a flake of sleet or snow in the Fakenham area

Drove from Purley Way to Dorking about 7-7:30 (was there to buy some cheap warm gear for my trip to the Canadian Rockies on Saturday) and it was raining then very very heavily sleeting then snowing at the top of Pebble Hill. Driving down into town and it turned back to sleet but now it’s snow. I think the MetO will be spot on with their ice warning, there’s so much standing water out there - massive puddles on main roads. Be safe tomorrow folks. 

Oooo my ears just pricked up. Whereabouts in the Rockies are you going?

Looks fairly light but has already settled on grass and cars and looks to be starting to settle on the pavement (Surbiton, SW London/Surrey).
