I'm more to the south so alot of those storm that miss me must of ended up there. We haven't been lucky but that wind is something else.

How many storms have you had in your area throughout 2018? I've had 9 within a 15 mile radius, and around 4 within a 50 mile radius.

Bit heavier precipitation now and still all rain  3C and that wind is nasty. Maybe the E of our region will see a bit more of the white stuff?

Maybe one over head, the others went round, or broke up. They do that alot here and reform.. We generally get a big storm (one I tracked up from France this year) and a few small ones, but it was pretty poor, it was just hot and dry for weeks.

General rule of thumb If there is a SE'ly wind off a very cold continent snow can fall up to -1c at 850Hpa and thicknesses can be as high as 537dam as the air is dry and very cold.

Areas NE of the Thames should see something white I think before too long, taking for ever to get east of London, what a drag.

Morning people

Feels bitter here in Walthamstow North East London. Not a drop of rain or flake of wintriness yet, and there's me awaiting to see what falls from the sky.

Hi Steve any thoughts about here

hope you all have a fab day no matter what comes down

kind regards

It’s snowing here just outside of Rye East Sussex, it’s like it’s trying to work out what it wants to do. I know it won’t lay but it’s nice to see some white stuff.
