The day started with some rain which quickly died away then a dry morning until midday when some heavy showers came through then again at the end of the afternoon when light showers arrived.

Early morning rain cleared by 0900 and the rest of the morning was dry, mild and breezy. Showers arrived early in the afternoon and the rest of the day was cloudy with bands of showers moving in from the south west.
