BA posted about the southerners and he's in St Albans. 

 

I've just checked and he qualifies as he's North of the Watford Gap.

Try putting your location in on the BBC weather website you will spit your tea out mate looks fantastic..

Me too but if it snows here overnight and lays (dusting and hills white) with the last of the showers icon is already wrong within 12 hrs if bbc forecast is right....

The BBC weather website gives us much more snow than the MetO

3c.... some heavy showers out and about but think they’ll be sleet/hail.... time will tell... glossoponline going for heavy snow 3am for snake/Woodhead.... bbc going for sleet & light snow here 3am to 8am.... icon no snow accumulations (1-2cm) over the Peak District....As did the 12z euros....who will be right

Nope, we wanted that low to move northwards and bump into the cold air, so w could have the deepest part of it?

I was showing 24/7 sleet and snow for everybody earlier. Willl have been updated since.
