Snow Showers blowing through here in a biting N/W PM near gale. Around 70% cover mostly from yesterday's snowfall.

It may be slightly colder than average today, but we have more chance of it hitting 40c before sunset than we do have getting a snowflake down here this winter

Still, we've had as much as Zurich this winter, so in good company.

Do you think there's any chance of us getting anything significant come this way either tonight or tomorrow?

Well the snow and ice warning has now been extended until lunchtime tomorrow instead of tonight.

Storm Dennis is looking to rival Ciara. For our region it could be worse. Csn definately see flooding being an issue. Tonight we might get a rogue snow shower but main action looks further North.

Quite a few snow showers today but nothing sticking, snow line seems to be about 350-400m on the hills around, the sun still felt surprisingly strong.

The Severn has come up an incredible amount since Sunday, it's burst its banks and flooded lots of roads and fields.

Another snow shower. Bit heavier and longer lasting this one. Might be a bit sleety though actuaually. Almost stoped again now as well.
