I've never in my 40 years lampost watched with an 8" icicle hanging from it .

I think there is a good chance of it reaching us especially as its intensifying in a perfect area for us

Yep, defiantly a snow lunatic haha, I admit, I'm still excited like its the first snowfall of the season still haha

It might be also because im wondering how deep its gonna get and how amazing it already looks out there with snow cover everywhere and the huge icicles :D

Seriously. We have had way more than that here. I do remember you were quite emphatic that most of us would only get a couple of cm's. Seems most of us had a lot more than that I am very surprised you only had two cm's. Have had about 4 inches here along with decent drifts. Main roads are now clear but side roads are icy and have snow on.

I referred to Bham/Black Country. But yes, seems like a lot of variation even over a short distance

Looks like i am in the sweet spot between Leamington Spa and Coventry! I'd say a good hour of light to moderate snow! Started already and settling and blowing around. Nice surprise! :yahoo:

Looks like it's northern limit has been reached and will sink slowly south now by the look of it.
