Have had on and off snow showers here all day, with two or three been pretty intense with white out conditions. Still only a splattery dusting though. Hope for more this morning and tonight though as I've got a couple of days off work now so would be nice to have a proper covering of snow to enjoy. We'll see anyway.

Dry for about an hour and now heavy snow again. Pavements and roads covered. Went for an evening stroll and got soaked.

Fairly persistent and heavy for a while now. Settling quickly, might have to start using centimetres instead of millimetres for the first time this winter!

moderate to heavy snow showers here on and off since the Sun went down it now settling and leaving a nice dusting well more than a dusting here I think there will be some surprises overnight for us in the West Midlands

Exactly what I thought, no signs of snow anywhere down in rugeley. Odd patch on the grass and roofs. Going to stay snow cover free.
