Hopefully a very warm September to keep the coldies at bay for another month or 2. It's always a bad sign when they start crawling out of the woodwork again.

As much as I love warm weather, I’ll take a warm start, and cold second half. If only, to increase the chance of a colder winter.

Would welcome a dry and cool September, but not too much rain. I hate it when it rains for several days in a row, followed by several weeks of cloudy weather. Cool and sunny would be good

After all this rain today which was still very welcome from the growing aspect of things at least.

A warmish September would be very good for growth.

14.6c thanks.

That’s some way to smash the September record of 16.9c !! I will go for a more mundane 14.6c slightly warmer than normal but nothing alarmingly so !!

A warm September, lets say 15.3 degrees. Lots of dry sunny weather and high maxima early-mid month, but mins could be quite low at times, keeping a lid on means. Later in the month possibly cooler for all, especially in the north - wouldn't be surprised to see a northerly shot as the trough slices through heights, akin to what happened last weekend.

13.8C thanks well above first half, but cool nights temper deviation from norm. Maybe some unusually chilly nights this month.
