A heavy shower yesterday evening gave 18.1 mm of rain. It was dry by 2100 g.m.t and the rest of the night was dry with clearing cloud leading into a sunny but rather hazy start to this morning.

The cloud moved away north-east last evening leaving it mostly clear, mist and shallow fog forming over near by fields around dawn. Sunny so far this morning, humid and hazy. Turning hot in good sunny spells.

Variable cloud overnight. A light shower producing just 0.3mm of rain through the early hours breaking the drought of 23 days here. Cloudy this morning, a few light spots of rain before noon. The afternoon saw broken cloud and sunny spells, turning very warm. The evening turned mostly cloudy, just a few spots of rain here.
