A dry night with long clear periods. Shallow fog developed over lower ground by 0300 g.m.t and then, after a sunny start to the morning, spread up to this level by 0530 g.m.t. The fog has lifted in the last hour and it's now just overcast.

Yesterday.

Clear spells for a time overnight, clouding over through the early hours. A few chinks in the cloud sheet earlier this morning, overcast currently at observation. The cloud began to break towards noon with sunny spells through the afternoon, feeling pleasant.

I think the sun catches the sensor just at that time of the day.

Early fog and drizzle began to clear mid morning finally clearing around 12. The afternoon then warm with long sunny spells
