Guys, I've completely lost track of the warnings for today, areas affected etc and don't have time to catch up. I know I'm asking a huge favour, but can anyone just post a wee message re risks near Livingston in the central belt of Scotland. I've had a bit of a horsie emergency and the last thing I need is a downpour whilst they're still out in the field. I know it's a big ask, but even just some vague pointers will help. I'll check back later, gotta get back to neddies, can't be left alone.

Just heavy rain here right now. No lightning activity on the radar either.

Same here, huge rain drops though. Shame about the lack of electrical activity!

Just came across this on YouTube. I can't wait for more of this!

Great vid, when it gets to 5:43 is what the French MCs last may was like for at least an hour. More I think.

Only just started spotting here in Ecclesfield despite the southern half of the city being wet for a while now. Very slow moving!

Persistent convective rain, 19C and very little wind...looking good for T&L after lunch?

I know there will not be any heavy showers near me today, but there are one or spots starting to crop up elsewhere.

what a drab awful day , not only no storms here yesterday  and zero chance for the foreseeable , today we have dull monotone miserable looking stratus clag with no signs of it breaking and suppressed temps ,  this has got to be the worst location anywhere in the uk for a weather enthusiast

it was laughable watching all electrical activity cease from that batch of convection as it moved up from the north midlands about 20 miles before it reached here , only for it to spark up again as soon as it went passed north Lancashire  into east cumbria,

I know the feeling, too much cloud reducing any chances so not expecting much today apart from the odd shower here and there. Hoping for some goodens later this month and July though

Looks like a bust for us today although storms have formed in the north. Just need the sun to come out and get the temps up.

You think a bust already? It's only 1pm, the sun is starting to come out which will get things going. I think later there is a lot of potential

There's dark cells popping up to my north west which is facing Kings Lynn. < I have no clue what way they're heading..

It's brighter than it was this morning but still cloudy here

Edit: Though saying that to my South it's clearing a little

I'd say Kings Lynn area to have frequent storms and not scattered storms reaching north wales?
