A cell has developed near Liverpool airport

It seems to have disappeared? But if you look North of Liverpool at Bootle a green blob has appeared I think that's right over my back garden??

So as the first storm sadly dies off, we have got a spectacular convective cloudscape in its wake... But then I looked to the other side... And we’ve got another storm kicking off over the Buckley area!! ?️:yahoo:

Any thoughts on any activity south of Lincolnshire I'm very close to Cambridgeshire boarder

Towers building up south west of Cambridgeshire and heading north east towards Lincolnshire, I think we could be in for some activity in the afternoon/evening. If we miss out today, definitely tomorrow we will see thunderstorms confined to the east.

Storms are really picking up here in N Ireland. Very noisy out there at the minute!

I've never seen as many and as large anvils heading north towards me in south Cambridgeshire, is anyone located in this area witnessing this??

One thing that has struck me today is how sluggish those showers are moving... in fact they don't seem to be moving at all. As a whole I think the flooding potential looks worse then yesterday.

Not too sure. Perhaps later on, if those developments further south ever make it. In fact they are barely moving at all..!!

We’d have a greater chance if something developed nearby.

This black cloud  isn't doing much I'm just getting the odd big rain drop, didn't check the humidity earlier but it feels very sweaty and clammy now, oh sun is out again now!

The wind speed isn't helping them move at all!

Well I can report 'rumbles' from my location and some excellent cloud formations though humidity has now become an issue for me!!!

Good job I'm outside.

What we need is a storm to clear the air...........

LOL Local Forecast has Storms for us tomorrow from lunch time. It'll disappear tomorrow replaced by sunny intervals or they'll just go round us to wind me up.

Very close and muggy in Kidderminster, 25ºC and towers have been building all afternoon - only to dissipate.  Had a few recent distant rumbles, but it 'feels' like it's about to kick off soon.
