With storm chasing , patience is a virtue.  So the team waited and got a nice supercell for their trouble.  Its been a poor year for tornadoes. Strange there were seemingly two today ,one in Montana and one in New Mexico. Talk about splitting the differences.   Even odder was a tornado report yesterday from Nevada.

Today I have to say Kansas looks nice with a dryline and an outflow boundary in place.

Will have to wait until Paul wakes up and looks at the various options.

Thanks John    Brilliant photos , as always , nice to know you have retained all those photographic skills that I taught you when we sent off with our Kodak Brownie .  Interesting factoid Lake McConaughy  is locally know as Big Mac .
