Wasn’t Christmas Day, was similar to last night but very prolonged. I went to Bournemouth on the day to watch Panto, hence why I think it was just before Christmas.

Oh yes I did.....

@Mapantz any ideas....

I do remember waking up to a white Christmas that year. We had loads of hail and some wet snow, that's all I can remember.

Not officially, but a bit of wet snow & hail is pretty close. I had a video of it on YouTube, but it has disappeared.

Just in time for the fireworks up the road to start, it starts raining heavily yet again.

Now that's a nice sigh for the end of the month isn't it!

Very long way off though...

Now officially the wettest day in the 2 years I've lived here, 27.8mm and still plenty of rain to come before midnight by the looks of it.

2013/14 was one of the very few winters that I didn't witness anything remotely wintry, so you did better than me and probably many others!

Certainly better than me, plenty of wind and rain but nothing wintry.

Last winter was the most snow I’d seen since 2011. And technically it was Spring

Ended the day with exactly 30mm here. Looks dry for a few hours now until the next lot moves in.
