Nice one jy.

It's been absolutely beautiful here for the last hour, or so. Sunshine, really warm and a nice breeze. Top weekend weather for mid September. :)

Sunny and fairly warm for most of the day here with a bit more cloud for a while before clearing again. A bit cool in the shade though with a cool breeze. 19.2°C

Currently showing 22°C, but feeling much warmer.  Strong breeze helping it feel slightly less humid.

Really warm out now, bit of a sweat on! Currently 22°C

After a muggy night into the morning, it's a beautiful day with clear skies and a nice strong breeze. Up to 22C.

Memories of the summer gone by

Yep. For the last 5 days, the forecast wind gusts here have been creeping up by a few miles an hour each update. I shall enjoy seeing what the new WF station records during this week.

A warm and muggy night, 19.6c at midnight and a low of 17.2c at 7am
Its now 17.6c, 1007.5 hpa

The strong winds started at 4am here.
SW 16-22mph, with mostly 25-30mph gusts and few 34-36mph gusts in last hour.
Quite a bit of drizzle in the air, but just not enough to register in the rain meter.

A breezy old night. Had to get up and shut the window at one point.

Grey and mild again this morning.

I'm sure the MO app and BBC lunchtime news had us down for a decent enough afternoon, if pretty breezy.

... but it's been horrible. At least the drizzle will dampen the grass seed.

MO reckons 30-40mph gusts tomorrow morning and into the afternoon, with Storm Ali up north.

The GFS suggests that Sunday might be a bit blowy for us lot, although again worse over the border.

Then the possibility of high pressure becoming established after it moves through.
