Cloud here no sun, Think we will miss out again later...

yup, same here.....it's hard to believe that there's been so much active weather around southern england the past few days.....In fact I don't believe it, it's a goddamn conspiracy by members, trawling google for stock images of thunderstorms and posting them knowing full well the weather will be benign here......paranoid much?.....lol

Cruising at 26.8C which aligns nicely with NW temperature maps. Watching Bliztortung for developments over Brighton and Northern France, whilst EUstormap shows a possible NNW track. Things are improving, but......

Tiz no different here. Was out watching the Solent crawler on Saturday night, and was hit with a couple of heavy downpours whilst staring over the channel. meanwhile 5 miles away at home it was dry.. Fickle these storms and their attachments..

The storm near Brighton is growing into a little beauty

According to a local weather station 24.5 C and 62% chance of rain - cloud bubbling up milky hazy sunshine .

not sure that Northern France will throw much this way , I imagine the channel is still pretty chilly still especially after the cold sunless spring we have had .

Same here, grey, overcast, the sun is trying to poke through but it soon becomes a sheet of grey again, missed out on any action at all the last 2 days.

Pillars beginning to build to the south over the channel, just visible off to the RHS of Mapantz webcam image @ http://www.warehamwx.co.uk/webcam.htm

The Brighton cell(or what was) is blooming nicely..and the French storm army have arrived at the channel..

Don't think I've seen blue skies all weekend just depressing rubbish grey, although we did have a storm rolling around yesterday morning but nothing much came of it. I've even forgot what blue skies look like!

Glorious wall to wall sunshine broken an hour or so ago as clouds bubble up. Still glorious out there but increasingly humid and stuffy.

All eyes on the channel...

No clearance in Warminster either, it looks brighter to the West and South but really frustrating!

Attention turning to my work mornings, chance of showers tomorrow then rain on Wednesday for starters! Naturally!

(X) Brighton storm now appears to be heading for the IOW,  whilst new cells kick-off over Brighton.

It's been blue skies from the start here, variable cloud through the afternoon but currently looking clear all round.  Nothing showing on the radar of any significance....yet.
