Can see those turkey towers from moors valley! You got any hint of a sea breeze or still offshore?

Still offshore at the moment.

Looks like Thursday and Friday is my best chance of seeing storms. 60% chance Thursday and 52% chance on Friday.

It'll be interesting to see what happens these next coming days though.

Reports coming in that the Sussex storm has caused major flooding on the main A27 South coast link road around Worthing..

Reports of cars broken down in floodwater, stationary traffic and a fallen tree.

Looks like explosive development down towards Bournemouth, I’m about 15miles inland

It's looking rather menacing isn't it!

I promised I would take the little one out the next time there was a storm,  (she's about to turn 7) but for some reason she's starting to chicken out

Hopefully  she won't be too frightened ⛈️⛈️⛈️

I'd love to go storm chasing but I can't for a few reasons. Reason one because my dad has a really bad back at the moment. Reason 2 I can't drive and reason 3 my girlfriend is in the US at the moment, we're also looking for a house.

Apart from the Brighton storm times running out and we are close to a bust!

We need something to either fire over us, or around Winchester, going by the steering wind.

That's where reports of extreme flooding are coming from on Sussex traffic
