Bugger all in Beccles!

Grotty in Garvestone? Heavy shower but no more than that. Where are the "very frightening hail, lightening (sic) and gusty winds" the Daily Excess forecasted? I feel cheated.....

Unfortunately the bulk of the decent showers seems to be staying in the west of the region as they move down

Dry and bright and 20.2C...and, needless to say, there's no sign whatsoever of any 'slow moving, heavy, thundery showers'!

The 'expert' has spoken: torrential rain and almost as dark as night!:wallbash:

PS: And T&L!

Looks like the heavier stuff is bypassing Norfolk or dying out after it hits the Wash....

Another heavy shower but no thunder with this one.

Three showers so far today, 1 with thunder.

No further showers here since late morning. The cloud eventually broke up somewhat, allowing some sunshine and the temperature reached a pleasant 24C.

Frequent heavy showers from late morning yesterday, felt a bit like April!

Ended up with 12mm of rain from them overall, highest daily total in a long while.

Today looks like it’s started off nicer - currently breezy, 14.7c and sunny.

The morning started promising with bright sunshine but it has now quickly clouded over.  The temperature is 16 °C  and it is set to be a day with breezy winds.

Bit of a grotty, grey morning here and feeling cool at just 18C. Sunshine is poking through the clouds now, so hopefully we’ll reach the 25C forecast.

Back home in N Surrey Brocken cloud 24c light breeze a really great summers day ... hopefully something for everyone, hot enough for the sun lovers and not too oppressive for all the others who find the heat a challenge !!

Yes, a very usable day, not too cool or warm. A bit too cloudy, if I’m being pedantic.

Harvested my first melon today ??
