I know it's cloudy and cool but this is just what the doctor ordered. I needed this.

I am also enjoying the cloudy and cool weather as it much easier to cope with.

Good afternoon everyone.

Watched the air parade go over our house earlier. The sun had come out a few moments earlier and we enjoyed perfect viewing conditions in three bears temperatures- (not too hot and not too cold).

Just booked a long weekend up near Gorlestone from Friday and so hoping the weather is not too bad and without a dreaded easterly

Kind Regards

Dave

the sun is out here and the temperature has reached 21C, should reach par for the time of the year with the rest of the week looking sunnier and warmer again.

1.5 mm of rain here in 40 days!...23c reached here today and this is one of the cooler, fresher days. Welcome to global warming!

The whole damned world's going to pot...I can remember 1966 - and, I can assure you that we never had an assembly about the effing football!

Was it The Captain's Prayer? Our Harry, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy turf...?⚽

They had a footballer come and talk with them by all accounts. I'll be glad when it's all over.

Bog all rain here, i think the last time was when there were some storms buzzing around and we caught the edge of one that was breaking up.

The cooler weather did not last long and it is no longer cloudy but is very warm and sunny with scattered cumulus clouds.

Cold and grey all day, default weather has returned, hopefully only for a day or so. I could handle it if these miserable skies produced some rain.....

I agree - prefer some sunshine, but if it's got to be cloudy then we need some bladdy rain to clear the air FGS.  Grey and humid is no good for man or beast (or the allotment!)

Strange things going on in the garden this year, is this a dragon fly with translucent winds? Never seen one of them around here before, and my figs are ripening, wow, in mid July, can't believe it.:good:

A single wide line of the cotton wool train of clouds in the pic below divides clear blue skies above Chessington Community College. Is it a very wide decaying vapour trail or something the more knowledgeable can comment on? Such a nice cool down today:)

Tropical storm Chris to change the weather?...I doubt it, I bet it brings in even warmer conditions. Overcast here this morning though still dry.

cooler weather = clear and tidy bedrooms and bath rooms. I didn't have the energy when it was hot. Hopefully cool enough tomorrow to do downstairs.

T- 7 more days of school run for this year. Can't wait.

Been cloudy for most of the day, felt a bit damp at times, but can hardly call it rain. Cloud has lifted now though.

Bad luck England. In the first half Kane should have passed the ball to Sterling to score instead of going it alone. Anyway, France will batter Croatia on Sunday.

IMO, we should have had that game won by half-time - but we didn't...And Croatia were/was the better team in both the 2nd half and extra-time: we have no cause for complaint.
