Sleet on top of Ben Nevis!! That's summer hols sorted.GFS not on board yet but ECM smelling the coffee seemingly. There's a stand off between the other models. Pistols at dawn... 0600z.

Morning  Dull and grey again, and the forecast is permanently set at "cooler in the east" "low cloud" etc etc. FGS when will we ever see a change? More than fed up!

Cloud breaking up here to allow sunny spells and areas of blue sky, so much nicer than yesterday. Temperature currently 17C with a light wind from the NNE.

It's been a lovely, warm and sunny day since first thing. Spent 4 hours on the allotment and shoulders are red, luckily not sore :)

Everything is growing like crazy, sadly that means I spend a lot of my time cutting the grass paths

Grey morning , The cloud already looks like it is thinning so it looks like being a half decent day . Feeling quite warm already aswell.

I'm nr Emneth this wkend, no change just overcast and feeling cold. The sun briefly appeared yesterday between 5pm and 5.15pm which is par for the course. It'll be lovely to ditch the hoodie and fleece - whenever that will be.

It's gripping, it really is: 15C, a light N wind and half-grey, half-bright. Bleurgh!

Boring does'nt even come close.

Didn't think they were meant to come over here, although they do look good, I expect they may be ground based. We'll see, I wouldn't mind them visiting.

Boring? Above average temps, one of our best starts to summer with plenty of storms in recent years and ur moaning? I hope u dobt pay for summer holidays in the sun.
