Well here I am back from the north to find the storms have gone and the grey and cold has followed me. Sorry!

Been one of those horrible days were not quite warm enough just to wear a shirt but too warm for a jumper/coat.  At least tomorrow looks a bit brighter

Don't think the crud is actually due to clear today, better from tomorrow then we begin to go back into the warm and humid weather we had last week.

I think it's fair to say we can have a few cloudy and overcast days given the amount of sunny days we have had..

I don't mind it really, perfect weather for working outdoors in.. Not to hot but not cold either..

I wouldn't mind if it wasn't drizzling with it, worst type of rain ever, just makes everything perpetually damp.

It’s a very dull grey day with not much to report really. It’s very windy and because we have had the lovely heat recently it even feels a tad on the chilly side. Mosquitoes are out in force and I got bit places I never knew existed   I never usually get bitten but for some reason the night before last they decided that I was on their menu. B***dy things they are.

Met Office must've been talking out of their weeble to say it's been the hottest May on record. Most of the east coast right down to the south east has had so much cloud and cold from the north sea it's as if we are entering a new ice age. Yesterday and Today for example again feeling cold, it's cloudy and this isn't tshirt weather.

Vile morning here, feeling decidedly chilly at 13C with gloomy skies and drizzle. Yuck.

It's blinking cold this morning, I have three layers on and I'm indoors!

First the bad news: it's 13C with a chilly northerly breeze; now the good news: the sun's making ever more frequent appearances...

What a stonker of an afternoon! Gone are the yellow-tinted skies of Sunday, and in its place it's pure azure...

The cloud at least has broken up a bit to bring some sunny spells. Still pretty chilly for the time of year.

Another day of cloudy skies and feeling cold, sick of it!

Oh joy, the return of North Sea muck, giving gloomy grey skies and a chilly feel to the day. Vile.

Same again for today, by the looks of things. Hopefully it will lift and give us a bit of sunshine a bit later..

Some good news I&C...North Sea cack is almost totally gone here already, and the clearance should be headed in your direction. As a bonus, the sky is that lovely shade of azure blue.:good:

Much better today, skies have cleared here with strong sunshine. Still chilly though at just 14C, that should go up quickly.
