Difficult to work out where it's all going!

Yes - am wanting it to water the garden. Seems like it's either going north or south of NW London or just fizzling out!

Dry and sunny, 18C...The sky has a distinctly yellow hue to it...Saharan dust and/or European industrial pollution?

Any ideas how much longer we're due in this storm (Sittingbourne) please. We've been over an hour and it's just started again. The power's been flashing on and off like an  80s disco.

Raining here in Sevenoaks, can hear the distant rumbling (which seems to be getting closer) to my east, the radar looks good to the south east too.

Saturday night was epic here too

Distant rumbles getting louder. Only light rain currently.

May just get some overhead activity.

I've got a pretty clear easterly view so should see it coming.

I've heard a couple of very distant rumbles here at work (London Southbank) - possibly from the storm that's over where you are?

Dark as night here in Bexleyheath. Heavy rain, thunder, lightning. Third storm in four days. Lovely stuff!

looks like London is about to get submerged in torrential rain for a long time.

Rumbles are getting louder at London Southbank - making me feel less gutted to be missing out on the storm in Bexleyheath (home)

Getting flashes now and the rain is much harder. Still a few miles to the east, and it might not quite make it overhead, but still good to see.

Tipping down here, along with lighting!  One terrified cat, sitting next to speakers, think its drowning the sound out for her.

Just looked at radar and it looks pretty active.

As it happened we were forecasted fine weather at Watford for most of the day with temps reaching the low to mid 20's, as it is it has been raining for nearly the past hour, the temperature is languishing at 14.6C, so it appears that things have moved further north than what was expected.

In a few hours time we may well be sharing your current experience.

However we are grateful for yesterday which allowed us a lovely family barbecue in the garden.
