It varies, depending on time of year, humidity, wind, uppers etc.

I really hope it isn't, Cap!

In this case I was referring to the feel of the day, mid to high twenites is ideal and we also have low humidity and cloud free skies. Sure we may see hotter weather come the summer but I think today will rank up near the top. Today has been absolutely stunning.

High not 24.4 here today, nice breeze. Just trying to think what the locals would be saying if they lived in London, because apparently 24 is far to hot.

So apparently Heathrow might have got to 29c but not confirmed yet. The live temperature I follow said it got to 28.7c which is absolutely phenomenal for April and this time last month we had snow on the ground... Incredible what a spell of weather and lasting into Sunday with a potential thundery break down. Oh hellooooo summer!

I agree. Cloudless all day in Cambridge, light breeze, low humidity and 28c, perfect. Probably won’t get many better days in high summer than this, glorious.

In my garden in haywards Heath it reached 28.0c at 1:54pm today

Currently 24.5c

Absolutely amazing weather for April, typical it would be right after the 2 week school holidays

It's officially the hottest April day (nationwide) since 1949!

I see 29c on the Nose at Northolt 1600.

Maybe we will yet go higher when all the stations report at 1700.

28.5c in SE London.

Got to 24c in Brighton at 12pm then a sea breeze kicked I  and put the temperature down to 18c on the seafront ( 26c) inland Brighton though.
