My mind and body are very much appreciating the Spring weather. Amazing what a bit of sun can do for your mood.

Cheers you up no end when the sun is shining and your joints stop aching :D

Was a bit drizzly this morning but sun came at lunchtime and got up to 17C according to the local (at the end of my road) weather station.

There’s a cracking sunset here! (Although the picture doesn’t do it justice)

Although a healthy diet will give you all the vitamins required, I take vitamin D supplement during winter. I really helps to keep me feeling healthy during the dark months indoors.

Grey old morning here, with some extremely light rain, currently near 9 degrees. You can call me crazy, but sometimes I like grey and cloudy days, I find them relaxing (of course I still like the sunshine though!)

Convective Weather have just updated their forecast, to add Hastings in. That’s the second holiday in a row where my location is away from any storms (Hamble, Hampshire in this case), whereas Hastings is in with a chance.

But I must remain optimistic! If any showers do Become weakly electrified, I *may* see the lightning over the channel.

Dull and grey this morning, where is that warm strong April Sunshine? Only 2 months to go to the longest day, 8 weeks, that time will fly by. Good Health to you all. :hi:

Steady moderate rain in Surrey yesterday seems a world away again - at least the rain is washing away all the sand from yesterday’s Sahara dust which was every where !!

Yes, just a bit further east Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam etc are basking in 22C and sunshine. Frustrating here as it’s grey, wet and chilly at 11C.

We just went to the spinnaker tower in Portsmouth. It’s been raining moderately all day, so it obscured the view slightly. It was still cool though, and the Cafe was nice too. I hope this rain relents it’s grip soon though.

A cloudy, calm and misty day here in Lowestoft Suffolk. Lots of sunshine only a hundred miles or so east of here, which is a little frustrating but I'm sure we'll have some nice sunny weekends to come soon.
