Beautiful start again here. Got to +25 yesterday, currently +23.

Rain just started here and whole family is at the door watching it fall.  Who would have thought in Scotland we would ever feel the need to do that lol.

Still pleasantly mild here, breezy, temp around 21C... but with Ci overhead, a bank of Cu underneath and out to the west, not sure how the day will pan out. I suspect I'm on the edge of the front.

Was just starting to rain when I left Glasgow this morning. Back home in Dundee it’s bright and warm at 22c.

24c at Leuchars with a dew point of 15c. 23c at Dundee Riverside with a dew point of 17c. We don’t often get dew points above 15c.

That is 1 thing I will say. Despite the rain (it's not pouring) it is incredibly muggy. Be much better when this front clears through

Yeah , noticed that , no good when your walking to work as im sweating when i start . Rain yesterday was first in a month ive experienced at home and first since 26th June when i had rain on holiday.

The whole weekend was warm and humid here.  Got over 25C on Sunday albeit plenty of cloud around.  Breakfast in the garden and sitting outside beyond 10pm both possible!

Wet morning, sunny afternoon in Leith. First day to work in two weeks, and boy, the Pentlands aren't half brown. Nearly orange!

Still on the muggy side here also. Currently 19.7 and sunny from a max of 22.6C this afternoon. 

I can’t remember a spell where the forecasts have so consistently underestimated the max temperature as currently.

Not Scotland but I'm currently in Durham and we have a storm with lot of torrential rain. Can't remember the last time I saw proper rain!

Managed to miss that somehow. A much fresher night last night with a min of just over 12C following a couple of very sticky nights. Could smell and see thick smoke to our West last night. Wonder if some nearby grassland was on fire?

A pleasant day all in all (and pretty cool/fresh) first time i've said that for ages  Had a shower about half 9 this morning didn't last too long and was dry for the whole day

Generally overcast day with scattered heavy showers, though there were a few brighter intervals around Kingussie...

 

Feeling pleasant though with light winds and temperature max of 19C.  Couple of small snow patches hanging on in the Cairngorms (view from Loch Morlich).

Surprisingly pretty wet at the moment (not sure that was expected)

Another dry and fairly warm day here. Max was 21.6C. 

Just been offered a ticket for the Open on Friday from my sister-in-law. Looks possible that it will be the only wet day there (frontal rain) of the month Still it is going free

Anyone else had the air full of aphids / green flies all day today?

Not seen that here, but yes still mild with partial cloud cover, humid. Took dog for a walk in short sleeves this evening. 

Actually, I would like to see more insects around as a bereft swallow has been singing and has started to investigate the barn again - maybe a late brood?
