@101_North outside of the real heavyweights like @Northern Strath you must be near the top of the 2017-18 snowfall tally, compadre. You’ve done really well, from both west and east! :)

ach that will soon be forgotten and back to his normal moaning ways next winter :D

Nice little dusting in Glasgow.  Feel like im stating the obvious but it's nowhere near as intense as it was a few weeks ago. Ach well it feels like Winter's last hurrah but lovely to look at nonetheless.

There's a thin and patchy covering of dandruff here. That last shower that the radar had as really heavy actually produced so many flakes, I lost count. The sun will soon melt this though.

Another heavy shower of polystyrene with some penny flakes thrown in. Paths are covered and the grass is disappearing. Dog still curled up on the bed.

Why am I up? :reindeer-emoji:

Edit: horizontal snow now, wild swirly stuff.

Mini beast has certainly delivered overnight And it's currently hammering down again! Great stuff :D

Really wasn't expecting much but currently a good few inches and counting!

Edit: Graupel free zone here with nice big 'unrolled' flakes falling :D

Must be a cm or so lying outside this morning, much more than the 10 flakes per cm squared I was expecting. Radar up this way looks as if it's thinning out, so now depends on temperature as to whether what's there hangs around for the day.

Morning all,

A light covering here in Broughty Ferry, perhaps half a cm if I was being generous! Looks like you got more than the 4cm I predicted @101_North :D

Kids saw the snaw this morning and sarcastically said ‘oh great’ - think even they’ve had enough it now ! So I’ll have to go and play it on ma oan ?

I thought sarcasm was an adult thing... :unsure2:
