Here in New Barn NW Kent it’s started to pep up nicely. Covering road & pavements in the last 20mins.

Snow was almost like soft hail... mini snowballs.

    Hopefully the start....

Hi. Don't post on the forum much...if ever.....but been lurking here since 2013. It's coming down slow but steady here in Carisbrooke. It's settling...just. Cooling the ground down a bit for the night time antics later on...

My little corner of North Devon was pretty much the only snow free spot in the sw during the last spell. Hoping to not miss out this time!

Evenin' all, been busy today so not had much chance to see who's got what. It's snowed to varying degrees for most of the day here but virtually nothing settled, heartbreaking! Just starting to get a slight covering now, probably 0.04 of a centimeter though :D

Oh, and on the prosecco but plenty of gin for later. No snacks though! :nea:

I have everything crossed for tonight. As you say we didn't get anything last time. Watching the radar as it went round us was remarkable. I blame it on the snow shield of coddon hill. All eyes back on radar. Good luck.

Odd thing is though, our local Co-op isn't running low on things like soup. Its bread, milk, booze. And not in that order.

Soup is for winter. Funny how people's heads work.

Quite a few flakes of snow falling now. Sticking to cars, but melting on roads/concrete.
