kumquat Posted March 16, 2018 Location: Winterbourne, South Glos Location: Winterbourne, South Glos Share Posted March 16, 2018 (edited) Euro4 18z. Streams of flurries on and off for 24 hours or so into our zone during late Sat/Sunday but accumulation seems poor except usual high ground: Cots, Exmoor, Dartmoor. Some accumulations at lower levels of c. 5cm from Dorset in an arc NW through Somerset towards North Devon Sunday. Be interesting to watch again and rate how the various ppn models do. Hoping (and thinking) there will be a fair bit more for some. Edited March 16, 2018 by kumquat

kumquat Posted March 17, 2018 Location: Winterbourne, South Glos Location: Winterbourne, South Glos Share Posted March 17, 2018 The Japanese model JMA 18z has a real love affair for the SW on Sunday: Everybody West of the M5 but including secretive patches of Dorset, Bristol, Gloucs, BANES and Wilts, even the Hants, Oxons and Berks that venture in here (and Cardiff). Everybody is welcome. Let's eat Sushi.

Dare you to put a clown loach in there! I'll pass on that one! It'd get torn to pieces! lol I've added some Ember Tetra and White Cloud's in with the Danio's. I want to order some more shrimp, but not sure what colour to get. Here's a few breeds: http://joesaquaworld.blogspot.co.uk/2015/07/fresh-water-aquarium-shrimps-royal.html There's several more types as well. I'd love some of each, but I would be overrun with them, as they breed quickly in a planted aquarium. Some of my female cherry shrimp are already clutching eggs. Looks luscious for plenty of the region though. ..... leave his fishes alone! Edited March 17, 2018 by EllyTech

Yeah you don't want to be overrun with them but the tank is a good size so you should be okay to have a few more. The ones you have must be happy if they have berries already. Wind has really picked up and direction has definitely changed has woken me up howling through the extractor fan.

Such a shame because it seems to be pepping up in the channel into maybe a streamer and it could be significant if the temperatures are conducive.
