Well the plants are, looking a little frazzled after the weekend so tonight's sprinkles will be welcomed..

Still not raining.....  It's been completely overcast most of the afternoon, but managed to stay dry.

Absolutely pigging freezing with a cold nasty breeze.

Think I’ll give up growing tomatoes!

Temp got down to 6.3°C this morning. Windy today, plenty of sunshine, although becoming hazy. Temp 14.2°C

Not a bad start to May in the sunshine department.

Currently 14.3C and the odd spot of rain has appeared, possibly something a little heavier in a while, which I/m sure the plants will enjoy..

Well, that was short lived only 0.2mm so far, many areas of the garden not even wet..

5x more than that here.

Just back from my trip to beautiful Ypres.. at least this time we didn’t get blizzard conditions and several inches of snow so I could eventually go!

And now the little young Brassicas look a bit war torn from the winds. They will be fine though. Its all coming along on the plot. Waiting .. waiting to put Tomatoes into their final place. I think it will be a few weeks yet though. Night time temperatures well below what a Tomato is comfortable with.

This morning is dewy. Its quite peaceful.

Wind Calm    Temp 6C  Humidity 90%  Dewpoint 5C   Rain last 24 hours 0.03 cm   Pressure 1012.6 mb

Mainly cloudy, but occasionally it brightens up. Temp did manage 14.4°C but currently at 13.8°C. Perfect for doing some work in the garden.

Was close at one point it was in Mattyville, and has now moved to the East again as it pulls away North and Eastwards..

Had a few minutes of light rain when that bit clipped here, not enough to wet the ground.

Beautiful! Tyne Cot, the Menin Gate and Ypres town centre are must-visits! There are a few good museums too.
