Max'd out @ 25.9C around 14:30, now slowly decreasing. Another good day spent in the garden found an awful lot of leather-jacket larvae which I have pulled out for the birds to eat. Tiz quite noticeable that UV levels are high given the perfect blue clear sky...Gonna see lottsa people walking into the office burnt on Tuesday.... will they never learn? Beach looks busy https://magicseaweed.com/Bournemouth-Surf-Report/12/

Yes, going to keep tommies in at nights.   Treacherous night temperatures this time of year.

temperature today 19c.    That’s high for us by the sea!

Brilliant sunny day in the garden today.   What a treat.

Yeah midweek overnight low could make things slightly tricky, so keeping them sounds a wise approach..

If all hangs good, day three in the garden tomorrow, in the warmth and digging out more leatherjackets..

Ticking off the garden jobs thismorning, lounging on sun bed thisarvo!

Wow folks!    Make the most of it.

So this is a break in British meteorology, 3 hot sunny days NOT followed by a thunderstorm breakdown, this year is full of surprises..An overnight low of 9.1C is chased into history as the temperatures climb rapidly, certainly going to be the warmest of the three methinks..

Half past 10 and its 20C already and hardly a breath of wind. Looking to be a scorcher. Off to secure the netting over the newly planted Brassicas... and a few other jobs.

With a calm sea the paddle boarders are in bigger numbers than the wind surfers (no surprise really on that). Looking pleasant out there again today..

Bournemouth beach looking busy...https://magicseaweed.com/Live-Bournemouth-Webcam/16/

Now wait for the traffic jams on the A338 7& M27 tonight as the grockles flee homewards..

Beautiful. Nice when the breeze passes by.. was going to go to Bournemouth but that’s packed and I’m not going to endure the traffic. Lone cloud?

Just made 27.1°C

Only just pipped you in the garden where reached 28.2C, so 1C in it, darn close that's for sure.

Managed to squeeze 27.7°C here mid afternoon, only cooling down slowly.

Stourhead looks great, Andy!
