Cloudy up until now but it’s brightening up at the moment and feels very pleasant. 14.1°C.

In Poole at the moment, busy as hell! I just checked my website and saw that it reached 15.9°C making it the warmest day of the year.

From such a grey, damp misty start i’m rather surprised at how nice it’s become this afternoon.

Even had the windows down in the van earlier...

Lucky, it's been misty and cold all day here. :(

Often the case here with most coming off the sea or the sea breeze keeping it cooler. Just not today.

Chasing you @ 16.4C!

The last couple of days' warmth has had a noticeable effect.. I can see pond lily's coming to life, frogspawn has hatched in to tadpoles - love this time of year!

Sunshine would have made a big difference today. Inland here it was cloudy, overcast, occasional slight drizzle, temp 9C at 7am, dropped to 7.5C by midday then back up to 8.5C by about 6pm. The extra cold north sea paying us back for those Beasts now.

Day 6 of grim. Can't remember such a protracted dull spell in April before.

Cloudy & 11.1°C

Despite below average sunshine at the moment, it seems those further North of the region have been getting the worst of it compared to those nearer the coast.

I CAN SEE THE SUN THROUGH THE LOW CLOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still cloudy here, but things do feel like they're on the turn this morning. There's a bit of brightness around, so hopefully this is the start.

Outdoor brew day tomorrow. Not sure what yet, but probably something light and summery.. :)

The Met now have a yellow warning out for heavy showers for some parts of the region later today, lovely ? though saying that I would like the extreme of 40mm in a couple hours as they state is possible!

Hmm methinks it's a scare... radar is empty, prognosis forecasts suggested something over Cornwall/Devon earlier but looks to have faded...

It's still overcast, and scrambled it's way to the heady heights of 11.8°C ....should be ashamed of itself, naff really..
