Same here, 1 mile from the Devon coast.  Even though "dust" has been falling most of the day, there is nothing blowing around and the ground is bone dry.  Car has frozen droplets on it, where the larger flakes from earlier had melted.

Temperature    : -0.6°C (Feels like -4.4°C)
Dewpoint       : -3.1°C
Humidity       : 83%

Send some this way! Do you have a link to the radar or is that part of a subscription?

Use this. If you click on it you can open it in a new tab. Then just refresh it when you want. NW Radar is good for looking at our location

Might be because the Met have dropped the double snow symbol.

Don't look too much into that mate.

My location has more double snow symbol's than Exeter (who the Met Office themselves said would get 15-25cm)

Been snowing here quite steadily for the last hour or so. Got a slight covering on all surfaces. Wind gusts blowing the powdery snow around a bit.

Ah yes, I see it on the radar . . . sadly slipping out to sea at the moment.  Early days yet and hopefully the rotation will bring it back in before the mild air swamps it. Early days, but we just missed the full force of the beast last time in PL9.

I'm half way between Andover and Marlborough and it's been snowing steadily since I got back from Devon at about 7pm. Wasn't expecting anything much but it's settling nicely :)

A bit of a lull here, but precipitation appears to be building nicely to the north east as it creeps towards us

I have a dusting on the deck, cars and grass, shed roofs etc.  starting to see drifts on the curbs now also.

I really hope Cornwall does well out of this. It literally never snows there lol

Road and pavement turning white now. Any warmth from this week's higher temps in the ground has probably exited in last few hours.

Nice base, for later, forming. Just need heavier stuff later.

Big flakes and finally starting to settle in braunton now.

yes just got that line of snow come though, given a dusting on all surfaces, temp down to -1.4 now, so ice could be a problem on the minor routes, this is the weather station in stoke, not far from me.

there are some photos on there of spekes mill waterfall in the last cold spell.

Down here in Sunny Somerset , it's very shivery and blowing a right ol hoolie but none of the white stuff ( as forecasted ). The real action is turning up at around midnight I believe so those disparing don't dispair  too much .

It bonechillingly chilly here that's for sure . Well we shall see if the late winter ( I'm terribly old fashioned and for me spring doesn't start until Monday the 19th March lol) has one last bite in the morning .

Ive just planted seeds indoors and want to get my raspberry canes in !

Hope one and all are safe and well and enjoying the weather what ever it is throwing at you .
