Hoping to get some of the rain your getting in the west..and it is creeping this way.  The ground and vegetation desperately need it.

It's slowly edging this way but it looks like the most intense energy is staying put! pffft!

A lot of rain came from that shower and it’s still raining now but it’s brightening up a bit now.

no doubt that the grass will shoot up again after that watering as it has barely grown in the last couple of weeks.

I suppose that was the convergence zone setting up in exactly the right place. It's all died away now but not before dropping 20mm or so here.

Right near the edge and all we got was a few drops of rain

Another dry and sunny weekend in the main here, and its sunny and fairly warm again today.

Heavy showers of yesterday passed to the east and south of us.  Looks like we may see some frontal rainfall on thursday with cooler temps for a few days, never thought i'd say this but we do actually need the rain round here at the moment.

Ronaldsway on the Isle of Man has already recorded over 100 hours of sunshine this month. The last 6 weeks have been one of the sunniest spells on record for around here.

Hopefully when the unsettled spell arrives, it will not be a total cloudfest.

Looks like another evening spent dining out in the garden.

What's this?... frontal rain... something we haven't had for about a month now.. feels unusual. Indeed it has changed the feel of things markedly, a gloomy drab dank evening.. also a stiff breeze is building, again feels unusual.

Singing and dancing in the shower is fraught with danger!
