The showers seem to have a random path. The shower over Manchester is backing our direction again.

24c here honestly surprised nothing has fired here just don't think there is enough instability here or we haven't been able to break the cap yet.

Cell over Manchester is struggling to get going and looks to be decaying atm. Wish I was under that one north of Clitheroe!

Lovely day out at Hilbre Island on the Wirral, mostly sunny and the sea breeze eventually picked up a little. Driving back up the M56 towards a wall of cloud, and there's been a decent shower here, maybe 5mm, the most rain we've had in over 2 weeks.

If  we could guarantee 3 months of the summer like the last one we've had nobody would emigrate to warmer climes... it's been perfect outdoors weather...and some really decent weekend weather too.

Nice little storm cell just to my west over Manchester way but its crawling in situ and possibly will die out by the time it moves this way.

Ours went off during that storm a couple of Fridays back.

no Corry or Emmerdale on record so they had to watch it in real time, adverts and all.

now that’s what I call some serious weather conditions
