Ice pellets and rain mix now. I think that’s probably the end of the snow. Looks like the inversion has mixed most of the cold air out apart from a tiny layer at 950 mb.

Turned completely to rain now. Never mind. Over to spring and the storm season. :-)

I hoped we’d seen the last of the snow until at least November. The cold weather is getting tiresome now. I can’t remember that last time it felt warm outside. Mild yes, warm, October?

Sick of it now.

Would love some warm sun.. or any sun to be honest.

It's a washout today.. no snow but heavy rain all morning.

I even saw a few ducks walking on the pavement before which was odd -never seen that before here

Tomorrow looks good with the foehn effect, could get to 15°C which would be The warmest since October. .

Relative on the way home from Wales say there's a decent amount of snow on the ground on the motorway in Denbighshire.

Here's a funny video from someone in the U.S. who doesn't actually like the snow. Wish it was like that here.

Brightening up here. We need the Sun to come out as soon as possible if we’re going to build the CAPE for later on.

What a damp, cold, dreary day!!  Some snow appears to have fallen on surrounding hills but nothing here apart from the odd flake mixed in with the cold, wet drops! Yakky weather!  Now looking forward to the hopes of something more pleasant and hopefully the odd rumble of thunder or two!

A woeful Easter Monday so far, grey leaden skies, cold and raw dismal feel. We had sleety wet snow this morning and during lunchtime, snowline roughly 300 metres, though think it was about 250 metres earlier on. Not expecting much in the way of brightness through the rest of the day. Feels like mid winter.

Got a few sleety flakes thrown at the window this morning but quickly turned to cold rain for pretty much the majority of the day.  Winter is getting a bit long in the tooth now & thankfully some slightly less cold weather looks to be making inroads towards the end of this week.
