My kids have seen and Played in the snow so that’s the bit about the whole week that’s made it important for me, wonderful memories for me and them

I look back at my own post from last Sunday and indeed it was a week to remember , always going to end this way, with rain washing away the hard won snow fields. Better really as it get rid of the salt and grit from the road which would damage cars and ruin my bike.  Took around 2 weeks to reload from the last cold event which was around standard back in the days of my youth ... so maybe something cold again in and around 18/19/20 March just a hunch. The main snow here fell on Monday night through to Tuesday,  then Tuesday to Wednesday , followed by the bone chilling -15C.. That froze everything nicely so that any further snow however little would just top up what was there.  Then we had the freezing rain and a final Friday top up of snow.  Tomorrow I hope to go on a spring like bike ride.

no sign of him/her

Scandi high in place a week or tomo or Tuesday/Weds... on at least one set of synoptics. Another set shows a low over Norway giving us a cold northerly/north north westerly ... with a polar low moving south. I really like polar lows. But that's all quite a way off.

Hi peeps hope you all are good ?. Just thought I come on here and say hello.

What a difference a week makes hey it's bit sad ? this time last Sunday the extreme cold was on our doorstep and the atmosphere in here was buzzing. I know at this time we were all keeping an eye on the radar and seeing the first hint of blobs develop on the radar, oh boy what a moment that was also knowing that we had a weeks worth of severe cold and snow to look forward to. Sadly it's back to normality now and the beast has left us memories we will cherish for a long time but that is the way it goes if only we could just stop time for those moments.

Anyway been a dreary end to the day here in Walthamstow rain and drizzle. My next chase will start in a couple of months humid and night time storms moving up from France is the next on the agenda now.

Miss all the lovely posts and the lovely full house in here. Will be popping in now and again to say hello.

you all take care stay safe and best wishes for now.

Regards ?????

So long, farewell, auf weidersein, goodbye......

Yes. LPs/albums were a tad shorter back in the day lol.  The album "Phaedra" was a big hit.
"Rubycon" was also gr8. Loads more albums by Tangerine Dream
