HIRLAM 12z certainly pushing the snow quite a long way north of what I had been expecting based on TV forecasts for this evening, interesting:

Even if we do get more snow the grounds too warm. I can’t see it settling other than grass. It’s -2oC here and was -1oC yesterday. Two freezing days and still it’s not cooled the ground down enough.  Shame as the snows going well still. 1.5 hours from this blob

HIRLAM 12z looks similar if slightly more optimistic than the ARPEGE 12z. HIRLAM is going for 2-3cm widely across London/South England from this and light snowfall sticking around a little longer into the early hours behind the main area of precipitation.

Not much interesting here today. Just mostly dry and overcast.

However today looks likely to be an ice day across most of the region. A high of -1c.

Light and blowing around in the wind, but it's here.

Also at some point it must have to begin to turn more Westerly, currently the whole thing is going West North West

Latest BBC forecast with Darren Bett keeps all the snow in the channel this evening.

Graphics appear to be wrong already!!!!

What is going on? Why are all the latest video forecasts now accurate?

Just a few flakes blowing about in Hailsham.

Radar suggests some heavier stuff incoming but we’ll see...

It's all this one's fault - he's run off with all the snow!
