Ok we now have smaller flakes which are doing a better job of sticking to cars. Think this blob trough whatever show a condition change aloft.

Although I would be more than happy if we were not having this cold weather I find it fascinating watching snow falling.  Particularly if it is a good dump.

Just looked at lightning map, apparently Cornwall has had a couple of strikes recently. Might explain the amber warning.

It's mad, we'e waited so long and even when everything looks pretty much perfect something crops up - this time was the frontal cloud! Unbelievable!!x

Forgive my ignorance but where is CentreParks?

Exactly, some on here think we have a Crystal ball that tells us everyones location so they don't have to put it up on their account.

The fun of this thread is the reports of snowfall and other weather phenomena for your part of the world. If there is no location, whats the point?

You could be in Russia for all I know.....

Think the problem is the difference between using a mobile and pc/ tablet.... Very easy to forget to put location when on mobile if you normally use pc/ tablet

It was a similar situation at the beginning of the month. Many of us saw good snowfall from the last beast, particularly in parts of Kent, however parts of the SW and Wales saw huge amounts of snow and 6ft snow drifts from storm Emma.

yeah its a miserable night more like november than march.

sorry about rogue quote

those following the Hemsby story, sheds etc have started falling into the sea and they reckon at least six homes are in imminent danger of going down the cliff now.Conditions have worsened overnight because of the wind.

Forget easterlies guys - they have not produced for us (cf rest of the country) - our region has fared very poorly.

Next year, look for sliders - that’s the future!!!
