Yeah my father confirms this , at tolworth now and virtually nothing . All change hopefully

Bitterly cold wind when we popped out for takeaway on Ewell Road, with the same little flakes blowing around we have had all afternoon. Garden table and cars have a bit more icing sugar but I do hope a proper streamer sets up overnight.

So all the snow is up over E Anglia! Met Office not even got it on its forecast at T0!

Yet again, though it may get a little overexcited with its snow totals, the HIRLAM was the only one showing this between T24 and T48. Some models had E Anglia dry!

Should move south west though. I agree, it’s been shambolic again, considering they have the most powerful weather models

So agree. Winter should be over. Need to get on with life.

People get on with life regardless of seasons:cc_confused:

Very heavy in Holmbury St Mary now. Just been out and the A25 between Dorking and Guildford starting to get very slippery

That’s not a road I would fancy driving in snowy conditions ?. Still quite light down in Dorking.

Isn't that why it's called Hailsham? If it were meant to snow, it's be called 'Snowsham' wouldn't it?:D

LOL! I don’t think it would matter what we called it, we would still find a way to avoid the good stuff!

Actually the official pronunciation is “Aaarsham”.:D

It’s a shame the cold didn’t move in earlier .

Looking at some of the temps today many parts could have recorded their latest ever ice day .

We didn't make it above freezing here ☺.

Trying to get snowflakes out of this, is like trying to get goals out of Emil Heskey and Roberto Soldado combined!:drunk-emoji:

Come on!! Heskey was more prolific than pendado:drunk-emoji:

Just looked at latest HIRLAM run and if that is to be believed then it looks like NW London and Surrey/ Berks look like they will do better  than previousily thought and Kent and Sussex not as well. However, tomorrow looks like an interesting development that may come across from France/Belgium that will move in from the East tomorrow which could give a nice covering to Kent,South London and Sussex and move across to Surrey/Hampshire during tomorrow evening. One to watch.Whatever, looks like it could be an Ice day for most of the SE thread, not bad for 18th March.Enjoy all!:good:
