Hi Gang, back from the hospital with three lots of eyedrops and antibiotics and an appointment for next week. Was quite warm and sunny midafternoon, still piles of snow in the fields by the hospital.

Quite a few of 12z runs, liking the idea of introducing a chilly northerly, by the end of next week. Could be a pretty chilly end, to the Cheltenham Festival, after a pretty mid start, to the meeting.

Could there be a repeat performance, of the 19th March 1987, Cheltenham Gold Cup, , The Thinker, won the race. It was delayed for well over an hour after heavy snow, made the course unraceable , for that period of time.

Could lightning, strike twice?

^ that’s where all the pies went ?

Weather, weather I think today was nondescript seems we’re stuck in a rut. A colder mid month is gaining ground, a likely return of frosts and maybe chance of snow we’re least favoured on that.

Up early again, to the sound of a very raucous, Dawn Chorus!! They really are happy little fellas' now, compared to this time last week.

My wife, managed to get a GPs apt, for around 9, this morning. Knee still swollen. Will the diagnosis be a "Bakers' Cyst". Spoke to my big sis, last night. She used to work as a , Radiography Secretary, and says she has written up, dozens ( seriously no bakery pun, intended this time, honest ), of Ultrasound scan reports, involving "Bakers' Cysts". Not long to find out.

My wife has a hospital apt, late next week, reviewing her Psoriatic Arthritis and severe joint pain and swelling is common, with this condition. We're not a very lucky family, health wise!! What with Colette and her problems, my two children ( by my first wife ), both inheriting, Huntingdons' Disease, from their mother, my son Antony, has become very ill, with HD, now and my daughter, Hayley, who will go on to develop the illness, in a while. I myself, having had a Haemorrhagic Stroke, two years ago, we really have had a bad run, of it lately. But my children, manage to brush it off and refer to themselves as , "Raspberry Ripples":D

They truly are an inspiration to me!!

In weather news, overnight model runs, still hinting at a colder spell, possibly developing, towards next weekend.

Until then, low pressure very much bossing the synoptic pattern, in the Eastern Atlantic.

Would be nice to see the Cotswolds, blanketed in snow next week, at the Cheltenham Festival.

Tom :hi:

Very heavy and persistent rain this morning out west of the region could be a few surface water flooding issues as its a fairly narrow band but very heavy in places... Absolutely lashing down the thunderstorm type rain with huge drops

Yes indeed,so much for the light showers forecast yesterday.

Bloody cold too. 4.8c

Hi goodmorning all woww it is quiet in here, I am really missing the buzz atmosphere from last week.

Hope you all are good ? just will be popping in now and again to see how everyone is.

Was miserable this morning in Walthamstow lots of rain but it's a bit drier here in MK now. There's rumours going around of another possible cold spell building up. To be honest I have given up on something decent now, but having said that miracles can happen and could those days be back next week and it will be the final buzz in here and we will be looking at -8 uppers lol. So.much of wishful thinking but has winter saved a final goodbye who knows.

Anyway sweet peeps wish you all a lovely day and if you are not on here but read  this later have a great day too.

Speak soon all take care for now

all the best

????
